5+ years of experience developing on IBM i (AS/400).
Proficiency in ILE RPG, RPGLE, SQL, DB2, and CL programming.
Hands-on experience with embedded SQL and service program creation.
Strong debugging skills and knowledge of RDi.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Solid understanding of application performance tuning.

Nice to have:

Experience working with legacy RPG3 / RPG4 code.
Familiarity with Rocket Aldon ALM tool.
Background in financial services, ideally within the Cards domain.
Experience or certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
