Then you are certainly at the right place.As HR Reporting Senior Officer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) you’ll become part of a team that drives data analytics in HR. You will work on strategic projects by providing data insights, articulate findings to stakeholders and lead simplification and improvement projects.We’re on the lookout for people that are passionate to work with HR data and providing the right business insights and next to willingness to grow with us @Signify! Design and create HR reports, data insights, data analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders, either pro-actively or based on request
Recommend improvements based on external developments, internal strategy, and customer insights
Stimulate best practice identification and sharing
Conduct data analyses and reporting through available HR systems to better inform, track, and improve HR planning and decision-making
Co-drive the roadmap for HR reporting, analytics and processes in which moving to predictive analytics is a key item

Your qualifications

5+ years of working experience plus a Master Degree;
Excellent consulting skills, ability to engage with various stakeholders providing strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations
Ability to analyze and work with large data sets from different sources resulting in translation from data into actionable plans.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously by setting the right priorities
Outstanding presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written, fluent English (speaking and writing skills)
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
