- Independently performs daily responsibilities such as formulating job offers, approving Workday actions, generating production reports, performing cyclical analysis, performing cyclical audits and acting a general information resource responding to customer inquires in a timely manner
- Responsible for the timely execution of small to medium sized projects in the Sales space; analyzing and formulating recommendations, engaging with customers through project phases
- Collects, analyses and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings
- Actively participates in the annual compensation review cycle including pre-planning, responding to within cycle inquires including pre-planned work, and post cycle follow ups
- Validated experience within Sales Compensation
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel to efficiently analyze and process complex information
- Good project management and stakeholder management skills to easily participate in a variety of priorities
- The highest standards of confidentiality and work ethics as accessing sensitive information
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements such as reporting mandates, concepts and procedures, compliance requirements, and regulatory framework and structure and provides guidance to key customers to ensure compliance.
