This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise and good command of Portuguese and English, as you'll collaborate closely with teams in Lisbon.📍 Location: Remote from Poland

💰 Rate: 120-140 PLN/h net (B2B)

  • Actively develop and enhance a suite of microservices with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Clearly define and break down complex engineering challenges into actionable tasks.
  • Decompose systems and interactions into well-defined, manageable components.
  • Provide technical mentorship, support skill development, and foster growth within the team.
What you bring:
  • Experience: 6-8+ years in software engineering, with hands-on expertise in distributed systems and cloud computing
  • Proficiency in Java or Golang (Go) (both are beneficial)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s), Cloud Foundry, or similar container technologies
  • Knowledge of OAuth2.0, IAM, cryptography, or other security protocols is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2, written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability
