B-INFINIT by BNP Paribas.The CIB Tech Graduate Programme is designed as a real experience accelerator to boost your professional development.You will join the IT team of one of B-INFINIT three business lines on a permanent contract for a period of 18 months.What will you gain?

What is the Tech Graduate Programme?The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams within 3 career paths (Business Analyst, Developer and IT Production Engineer) with the possibility of carrying out missions throughout the program within the same career path. You will receive a Mentor, a specific training program and personalized career support to enable you to start your professional life at BNP Paribas CIB.Business AnalystLocation: Warsaw, CracowA Business Analyst is a professional who analyses a company's data and processes to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. Your role will be to understand the company's needs, collect and analyze data, propose solutions to the problems identified and put in place action plans to improve the company's performance.Requirements:

1st or 2nd Computer Science degree (or related studies), final semester before graduation or up to 2 years after graduation (e.g., Business Analysis, Business Information Systems, Data Analysis, Systems Development and Business Management, Applied Informatics, Applied Mathematics)
Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
Business process analysis - theoretical knowledge;
Business process modelling (BPMN, UML) - theoretical knowledge;
Understanding the fundamentals of the SDLC and Agile workflow;
Capital markets or fund services basis would be an asset;

DeveloperLocation: Warsaw/CracowYour role will be to develop and evolve IT applications in line with development and security standards and standards. You will interact with the internal clients of the IT teams and with all the players in the functional production chain, from the client to the technical production teams, and finally you will have the ability to understand the issues of time to market.Requirements:

1st or 2nd Computer Science degree (or related studies), final semester before graduation or up to 2 years after graduation (e.g., Software Development, Information Technology, Applied Informatics);
Understanding the principles of:
Object-oriented programming and design patterns,
Software development life cycle,
Fundamentals of software architecture and relational databases,
Good knowledge of Java.

IT Production EngineerLocation: Warsaw/CracowThe Infrastructure Engineer maintains perimeter services in operational condition and ensures their safety and efficiency. You will be involved in developing major projects and guidance documents within the IT Production area.Requirements:

1st or 2nd Computer Science degree (or related studies), final semester before graduation or up to 2 years after graduation (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science and Information Systems, Applied Informatics, Management Information Systems);
Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
Understanding the fundamentals of ITIL Framework;
Depending on the role knowledge of: Operating System (Linux Windows) or Network Configuration.
