Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.How you will make an impactOur Source to Pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Junior Accountant join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.Your main tasks would be:
  • Verification invoices in Smart Scan
  • Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP
  • Maintaining effective and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and escalations
  • Performing internal control checks
Additionally, part of your role will involve actively participating in process improvement projects and providing support to your direct supervisor in other assigned tasks.What will make you successfulWe are looking for someone, who:
  • Is a graduate / student in finance and accounting or similar area
  • Has high interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is team oriented and represents proactivity in dealing with issues

  • Speaks English fluently
