For our customer, we are looking for a Virtual Workplace Application Knowledge SME with strong technical writing skills and experience in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). You will play a key role in organizing knowledge platforms, ensuring high-quality documentation, and facilitating smooth knowledge handover for internal and external stakeholders.Project information:
- Location: Remote
- Type of employment: B2B contract or
- Remuneration: Up to 110 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
- Project language: German + English
- Act as a single point of contact for internal and external communication related to VDI applications
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for virtual workplace knowledge, focusing on application usage within the VDI environment
- Organize and maintain a knowledge platform
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Support handover to delivery teams
- Fluency in German and English (both required)
- Experience in technical writing, training development, and digital content strategy
- Expertise in VDI environments and virtual workplace applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
