You will also oversee compliance reporting to national authorities, support audits, coordinate with tax and shared service teams, manage the payments process, and drive improvements in financial processes and systems, including e-invoicing implementation.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards (e.g., balance sheets, income statements), and align shared-service center accounting activities accordingly.
  • Collaborate with auditors and internal teams by providing supporting documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Cooperate with the tax department to deliver accurate and timely data for tax declarations and reports, while also preparing periodic statistical reports as per official templates and deadlines.
  • Compile and submit mandatory reports to the National Bank and the Ministry of Finance, including the Standard Audit File (JPK) and the Report on Payment Terms.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the e-invoicing system, and lead or contribute to projects focused on improving financial processes.
  • Stay up to date with changes in internal guidelines and external accounting standards, ensure relevant training for Accounting Operations staff, and manage the payments process (including checks and approvals).
What You Bring
  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and bring several years of professional experience in accounting within a multinational manufacturing company or in external auditing (preferably).
  • You possess professional experience in group/hub accounting under IFRS, including knowledge of populating tax rates and calculating recoverable interest rates.
  • Ideally, you have hands-on experience with construction contracts and PoC (Percentage of Completion) accounting.
  • You are proficient in using SAP for accounting and financial processes.
  • You are business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are capable of thinking and acting within complex international structures and processes.
