- 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Expertise in core FI/CO processes and configuration.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, closing cycles, and reporting.
- Experience with S/4HANA (preferred) or strong ECC background.
- Confident in managing stakeholders and communicating clearly.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written C1 level) is a must
- Must be polish citizen
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions across multiple projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO): GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, etc.
- Translate business requirements into functional specs and work with ABAP developers or integration teams as needed.
- Conduct workshops with key users to gather and validate requirements.
- Participate in SAP rollouts, enhancements, and system optimization efforts.
- Collaborate across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS) for process and data integration.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), training, cutover, and support.
- Provide Level 2/3 support, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable fixes.
- Keep up with SAP innovations (S/4HANA, Fiori) and recommend improvements.
