Since 1987, Stefanini has been providing offshore, onshore and near-shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing (helpdesk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing to enterprises around the world.Due to the constant growth of our services, we are now seeking exceptional individual for an hybrid or remote support for one of our clients in Cracow as a: Junior Engineer for Email Automation.This position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of newsletter campaigns. This includes managing newsletter database from data collection to list segmentation, review newsletter content, schedule newsletter, and report email performance. They will support the business in executing their campaigns, ensure data integrity, as well as assist in resolving system-related issues. This position will also be supporting the usage of stakeholder management tool, ensuring data accuracy and provide tracking dashboard for the business users.Job responsibilities

Manage aspects of email newsletter campaigns, including content review, email automation, email tracking, and newsletter improvement strategies.
Work with database to collect subscriber data, segment audience, maintain and improve the quality of the database.
Collaborate with the business team to ensure campaigns run optimally.
Supports business KPIs with reporting & providing recommendation to refine newsletter strategies based on metric analysis.
Escalate technical issues to the relevant support teams

Job Requirements

Preferred experience in email marketing tool, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation system
Previous experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud is a plus
Previous experience with reporting and analytics tool such as Power BI is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders & business
Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
Have a strong attention to detail
English fluency, Polish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
