Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicine.Your Role:As a Global Medical Information Associate, you will play a key role in providing accurate, timely, and high-quality scientific medical information to LEO Pharma affiliates, outsourcing partners, and global personnel. You will ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of your work while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Global Medical Information (GMI) department.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to medical information/scientific inquiries for allocated products, ensuring responses are accurate, balanced, and of high scientific value.
- Creating, managing, and maintaining Scientific Response Documents (SRDs) and FAQs for allocated products, ensuring they are always inspection- and audit-ready.
- Monitoring and managing the GMI email box, logging and forwarding queries, and closing cases in the Medical Vault system.
- Acting as the main point of contact for Rest of the World Affiliates, providing high-quality support for all medical information matters.
- Preparing and delivering monthly product insights, metrics, and PV reconciliation reports for Rest of the World Affiliates.
- Maintaining and updating GMI Quality Management System (QMS) documents and ensuring compliance with LEO Group Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures.
- Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual GMI department metrics and presenting them at team meetings.
- A scientific degree or equivalent (e.g., Pharmacist, Nurse).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with a medical information vendor (preferred but not essential).
- A high level of scientific knowledge to analyze both published and non-published data.
- Technical/scientific writing skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with medical information systems, such as Veeva Vault (desirable).
