This role is a part of the ETI department within Data Operations EMEA, based in Gdynia Poland. Successful candidate will be responsible for the publication of exchange data on Refinitiv Products. Among most frequent duties there are maintenance of data in Refinitiv databases, liaison with data providers and ensuring timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external stakeholders.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Data maintenance and publication of data on Refinitiv productsRelated database maintenance and liaison with various Exchanges, RefinitivInternal teams to resolve data issuesUtilizing knowledge of financial instruments to conduct data-quality/validation checks on suspect data within project testingLiaison with data providers to ensure that relevant information is delivered in an accurate and timely mannerSupporting product enhancements (new functionality, new venues, classification change request)Maintaining required product/process documentation updated and completeCustomer query investigation and resolutionWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Fluency in English languageSelf-motivation, energy and driveAttention to details because you will work with a high volume of data and informationGood organization skills because sometimes you will need to manage different details to complete your tasksA demonstrable awareness of good customer serviceProactive approach and ability to troubleshootCuriosity to learn because we want you to stay and grow with our companyYou will be even more competitive if:Have experience in Financial Markets or industry expertiseYou are interested in finance and economicsYou have some technical skills e.g. VBA, SQL or advanced MS ExcelWORKSTYLE MODELWe know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working.
