Senior IT Data Analyst

• Excellent stakeholder communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in using collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Helix, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps.
• Proven ability to maintain and improve IT and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing services, including start/stop operations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
• Familiarity with architecture design principles and creating visual schemes or process maps using tools like Obsidian Canvas, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.

• Hybrid work - 2 days per week from the office.
