We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a project focused on developing a collaborative reporting model and data strategy within the research and analytics domain. The candidate will act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex operational needs into actionable reporting solutions and system enhancements.Business AnalystYour responsibilities

Support the development of a unified operational reporting strategy across studies, countries, and portfolios.
Identify and document necessary changes in data sources and systems to support the collaborative reporting model.
Design reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
Define data access and provisioning rules, ensuring proper governance.
Standardize and automate KPIs at study, country, and portfolio levels.
Collaborate with quality teams to define and integrate quality KPIs into reporting platforms.
Document requirements and gaps in the current reporting ecosystem, providing input for short- and long-term system and platform improvement roadmaps.

Our requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in operational reporting and data strategy.
Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and data integrations.
Understanding of data access management and provisioning.
Experience in KPI standardization and automation.
Familiarity with Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and reporting platforms (e.g., TAPortal).
Experience documenting requirements for platform and system enhancements.
