We are currently looking for employees for the Design Center in Gliwice.We are looking for open-minded, flexible people who are enthusiastic about their assigned tasks.Your tasks will include:
Conduct technical reviews of engineering projects
Moderate Design FMEA meetings and implement the methodology
Update and develop technological standards and procedures
Verify design compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Plan and deliver internal technical training sessions
Candidate profile:
University degree in a technical field (preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering)
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of English or German (technical and conversational)
Solid knowledge of engineering issues in the automotive industry and car construction
Knowledge of DFMEA methodology, quality processes and ability to work with technical documentation and legal standards
Experience in conducting internal training, Analytical thinking skills and independence in solving tasks
Willingness to travel on business, category B driver's license
