Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of software requirements and to provide early feedback on quality-related aspects
Participate in Product and Architectural Design Reviews and create test plans accordingly
Develop and maintain test plans, and test cases and exiting Automated tests based on product requirements and specifications
Lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management
Ensure the highest test coverage to meet the quality gate
Manage and support the release processes
Mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in QA
1+ years of experience in Test Automation
Experience with writing SQL queries
Understanding Git and Git commands
Positive and can-do approach
Very good interpersonal skills, and team player
Has a “say” but willing to accept authority
Creative and proactive
Responsible and self-sufficient
Able to own and deliver
Organized and methodological
Very good verbal and written English level
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC and the role of QA in each phase
Profound understanding of test design techniques and Test coverage assessment
Profound understanding of Client-Server architecture and QA best practices and tools

Great Advantage:

Experienced with Test Automation using Javascript or Typescript
Experienced with Network Marketing Tools (AppsFlyer, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc)
Experienced with Data analysis
Experienced with Shift Left Testing methodology
