- Scanning and archiving documents from all countries in EMEA Region mainly for AR and AP departments.
- Sorting and filing documents.
- Contacting and cooperation with various businesses and suppliers.
- Other light administrative duties, including managing and sorting company's mailbox.
- Minor activities related to taxes and reporting.
- Reception help on request.
- Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree student or graduate, with a strong background of voluntary activities or previous work experiences.
- Availability to work for minimum 20 hours per week.
- Ability to speak fluent Polish and English is a must, plus another language such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish would be a plus.
- Ability to organize own work and time, work in a group, be accurate and proactive.
- Employment based on a Civil Contract.
