- HIAB network development (service and installations):
- Supporting future partners from first contact to their integration into the network (onboarding)
- Participating in and leading network meetings.
- Analysis and reporting:
- Updating the “contact cards” of the partners.
- Ensuring regular reporting and compliance with the company's processes and policies.
- Participating in marketing events (fairs, etc.) depending on the company's needs and promoting the quality of services.
- Commercial dynamics:
- Study their maintenance performance and define with them actions to increase the share of maintenance coverage in the commercial areas.
- Strengthen and maintain the service activity by monitoring the network performance in terms of service contract penetration.
- Define the bonus model of the Service Offer (spare parts, accessories, quality and financial criteria, etc.) and animate it annually to achieve the objectives defined with service partners.What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Commerce or Technical Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related.
- Knowledge of after-sales processes.
- Understanding of the service network market and the links between the service network and headquarters.
- Business English
- Driving licence B
