
Senior Total Rewards Specialist – Compensation Benchmarking & Pay Structure

- Own global pay benchmarking activities, create and maintain global compensation ranges, and job evaluation to ensure our ranges are competitive in the markets we operate in, and help attract and retain our talent.
- Understand job architecture that is in place and help to evaluate jobs and market position.
- Analyse internal and external compensation and benefits trends and data and provide strategic insights to HR and leadership teams on reward strategies to enable business decisions.
- Evaluate current Total Rewards policies and programs, against internal and external market best practices, recommend harmonization and alignment to ensure supporting pay equity requirements
- Build strong, lasting relationships within Total Rewards, People and all relevant key stakeholders
- Handle restructuring of employee's Total Rewards (e.g., due to relocation) as per internal policies and programs
- Ensure compliance with Country legislation for all Total Rewards programs and policies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in all MS-Office products required, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, working knowledge of Total Rewards systems and tools is a plus: Payscale MarketPay, Darwin, AskNow, job evaluation methodologies
- High level of proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation
- Strong attention to details and a high level of accuracy
- Understanding and awareness of compensation and benefits trends and statutory requirements in the EMEA region and globally
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English required, reading, writing and speaking
- Proactivity and sense of ownership
