We are on a journey to further provide the best RE classifieds platform for Agents and set new market standards. We do this by focusing on tools and processes that help Agents to increase efficiency and help grow their business.Please note that this position is based in Poland and OLX does not provide relocation support - you must already be based and eligible to work in Poland. Remote work from within Poland is possible. \nWhat you will be doing

Be the first advocate for the agents segment in the organization
Develop and optimize new products and business models for the real estate agents segment
Manage products related to offerings and platform monetization
Analyze and implement innovative solutions ranging from new promotions to new revenue model frameworks
Define the quarterly OKRs and plan the roadmap
Provide guidance to the product development team to deliver valuable features that impact the way our users interact with the platform
Conduct experiments and run A/B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you defined
Create and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideas
Collaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace-enhancing features
Manage the stakeholders to have everyone on the same page

Your profile

Extensive years of experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company
Experience with seller-facing products
Curiosity! - initiative to dig into the why, what & how
Experience in hypothesis and data-based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis
Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teams
Experience working in a complex matrix organisation
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
