- Process Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend strategic improvements that align with organisational goals.
- Project management: Project manage the end-to-end BPA project’s Lifecyle (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) following LS&Co. practices.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with current systems. Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to share best practices and leverage insights from diverse markets. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures will enhance collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
- Innovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation. Advocate for innovative approaches that can propel our organization forward in a competitive landscape.
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in the area of Process improvement, Operational Excellence and automation
- Knowledge on ERP and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and optimisation – Qualifications in Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software.
- Experience with MS Power Suite, Python Coding or other workflow tools.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
