Job DescriptionJob Title: AI Agent Solutions EngineerAbout the Role
We are looking for AI Agent Solutions Engineers to help clients deploy and integrate intelligent agents built on the Toqan platform. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and ideal for engineers who thrive on autonomy, problem-solving, and driving projects from start to finish.What You'll Do:

Configure and implement the agent platform for client deployments
Design and manage context, tools, and workflows for agents
Set up API integrations and build lightweight services
Combine prompting expertise with engineering integration capabilities
Independently manage projects, from discovery to delivery
Communicate progress clearly and work closely with clients

Job RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience building and deploying AI agents
Experience integrating diverse business systems using APIs, including handling authentication, data mapping, and error handling
Proficiency in Python; other programming languages a plus
Senior-level autonomy with project ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (and local language)
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Located near clients hubs in Warsaw or Poznań
