
Junior Manufacturing Engineer

- Provide engineering support for the assembly of electrical cabinets and switchgears.
- Create and update process and technical documentation.
- Analyze production efficiency and balance assembly processes.
- Conduct time studies and update workstation operation times.
- Actively participate in cost optimization initiatives and employee suggestions.
- Support technical development of the production line, including new product implementation.
- Manage layout planning and updates for workstations and auxiliary equipment.
- Operate SAP and FTPC systems for process engineering tasks.
- Ongoing or completed technical university studies (preferred fields: electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering).
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical technical drawings.
- Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with engineering methods and problem-solving approaches.
- Teamwork skills and eagerness to learn.
- Initial professional experience, e.g., internships in manufacturing or engineering.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, A3 methodology, and Lean principles.
