Project Manager | IT & Engineering Company

• Overseeing and managing project timelines and coordinating related programs.
• Gathering and defining key requirements from internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborating with project teams to establish the project scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, and timelines.
• Leading regular project team meetings to ensure smooth progress.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working with key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks.
• Developing and tracking risk management plans.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Analyzing the project’s strengths and weaknesses, and driving continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with methodologies like Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with the IT, Telecommunications, or Engineering services sectors.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate remote teams effectively.
• Knowledge of project management tools (risk assessment, scheduling, task management, change tracking).
• Fluent in English with excellent business communication skills.

• A technical background, ideally in Java.
