- Overseeing and managing project timelines and coordinating related programs.
- Gathering and defining key requirements from internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborating with project teams to establish the project scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, and timelines.
- Leading regular project team meetings to ensure smooth progress.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working with key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks.
- Developing and tracking risk management plans.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Analyzing the project’s strengths and weaknesses, and driving continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with methodologies like Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with the IT, Telecommunications, or Engineering services sectors.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate remote teams effectively.
- Knowledge of project management tools (risk assessment, scheduling, task management, change tracking).
- Fluent in English with excellent business communication skills.
- A technical background, ideally in Java.
