Support in defining standards and metrics for the project as well as for the general Inbound quality organizationAssure open topics and defined actions are followed up by the APAC/EMEA teams. - Design and maintain Power-BI Dashboards and other reporting / surveillance tools
- Assist the EMEA team in following the existing guidelines and bring improvement to the guidelines in case necessary
- Prepare and moderate the Quality site of supplier awarding decisions for C2S and align with the colleagues in EMEA and APAC
- Support in creating a database regarding the APAC suppliers for the EMEA colleagues to access (in collaboration with SPM/purchasing)
- Escalate and follow up constraints / part qualification / serial issues in case needed together with the colleagues from Inbound quality and the APAC team and the team lead
- Built up a part history check and lessons learned per part number
- Support technical clarification with APAC suppliers together with R&D and quality functions
- Assist the project lead
- Successful completion of a degree in industrial engineering/ economics / business administration / business informatics / data science / project management
- Minimum 2 years of working experience. Proofed knowledge of solution design and project management experience; knowledge in process modeling is advantageous.
- Software skills in the common software packages of Microsoft Office, SAP, Sharepoint, PowerBI and PowerApps are mandatory
- Experiences to work in a multi-site, multi-language set-up across different timezones
- Experience regarding production processes, technologies and their quality requirements is highly appreciated
- Competence in quality methods (PPAP, APQP, 8D, Control plan, root cause analysis) is highly appreciated
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, great negotiation skills
- Result orientation, ability to cooperate
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other foreign languages (especially Chinese / German) are a bonus
- Intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
