Headquartered in the Netherlands, with world-class R&D hubs in Lisbon, Berlin, and São Paulo, 1GLOBAL employs over 450 experts across 13 countries.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to act as the link between product and sales, helping design solutions that meet market needs while providing technical support throughout the sales process. This role combines commercial insight with technical expertise, supporting product development with market feedback and assisting sales with RFPs, customer calls, and tailored proposals.We are open to hiring for this role in Warsaw, Lisbon, Berlin or Amsterdam.Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams in responding to RFPs and customer technical queries.
  • Work with product managers to capture market insights and identify features that should be prioritised in product development.
  • Assist in preparing tailored quotations, solution designs, and project plans based on customer requirements.
  • Join customer calls and meetings as a technical specialist, presenting solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot projects, ensuring smooth technical delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to guide both product and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and demo material to support sales activities.
RequirementsMust Have
  • 2–4 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or commercial product management role in telecoms or related technology.
  • Good understanding of telecom technologies and software solutions, particularly around eSIM, RSP, and entitlement server.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
  • Confident communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with sales, product, and technical teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in preparing RFP responses or managing customer proof-of-concepts.
  • Technical understanding of mobile core systems and integration processes.
  • Multilingual skills (English required; other languages a plus).
  • Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
