- Support sales teams in responding to RFPs and customer technical queries.
- Work with product managers to capture market insights and identify features that should be prioritised in product development.
- Assist in preparing tailored quotations, solution designs, and project plans based on customer requirements.
- Join customer calls and meetings as a technical specialist, presenting solutions clearly and confidently.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot projects, ensuring smooth technical delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to guide both product and sales strategies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and demo material to support sales activities.
- 2–4 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or commercial product management role in telecoms or related technology.
- Good understanding of telecom technologies and software solutions, particularly around eSIM, RSP, and entitlement server.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Confident communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Experience in preparing RFP responses or managing customer proof-of-concepts.
- Technical understanding of mobile core systems and integration processes.
- Multilingual skills (English required; other languages a plus).
