For further information, visit our website :PositionFollowing our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamicData Steward / Data Analyst- based in our office in Poznan -We are looking to strengthen our global Data Governance team with a Junior Data Steward. The Data Governance team is responsible for administering and governing the data repositories of the Gerflor Group. It is composed of data stewards, who are responsible for one or more areas (e.g., products, customers), and data administrators, who enter data into various systems (ERP, MDM, etc.) under the supervision of the Data Governance Manager.Your role * Data Repository Management:

Ensure the update and maintenance of the group's data repositories
Guarantee the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data
Collaborate with business teams in all international Gerflor subsidiaries to understand their data needs
Lead business teams on data-related issues to evolve business practices through data management
Administer repositories: data entry, lifecycle management, quality control (existence, relevance, and completeness)
Continuous Improvement:

Participate in projects to improve data management processes
Propose solutions to optimize the management of repositories and reporting tools

Requirements

University degree in computer science, data management, or a related field
Min. 1-2 years of experience in data management or reporting would be a plus
Experience with the IDMC platform would be an advantage
Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, Python, etc)
Understanding of data quality and data governance concepts
Proactivity and independent work approach
Analytical and problem-solving skill
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and rigor
English: Fluent in writing and speaking
·French: (would be an advantage).
