And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the roleAs the IT&D Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Analytics, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of data and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and optimize commercial performance. This role provides a unique opportunity to build and scale the Commercial Data & Analytics function from the ground up, empowering teams across sales, marketing, and customer engagement to unlock insights, drive growth, and enhance business outcomes to support Essential Home's business strategy.   • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Commercial Data & Analytics, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models, reporting frameworks, and advanced analytics tailored to commercial operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer teams to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of commercial data.
  • Drive the adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics, leveraging AI/ML to improve sales forecasting, campaign effectiveness, and customer segmentation.
  • Enhance visibility into key commercial metrics through the development of advanced dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless connectivity and a unified view of commercial performance.
  • Lead efforts to build sustainable data access, fostering a data-driven culture and improving data literacy across the commercial organization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to deliver high-impact, cost-effective data and analytics solutions.
The experience we're looking for
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • You are collaborative and build bridges internally and externally.
  • You have a proven track record of driving data and analytics strategies in commercial or customer-facing functions.
  • You are a visionary leader who can translate complex business challenges into impactful data solutions.
  • You bring deep expertise in sales, marketing, and customer data, as well as advanced analytics methodologies and tools.
  • You have hands-on experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • You have experience building and managing enterprise data platforms, integrating data across CRM, marketing, and sales systems.
  • Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to align cross-functional teams and drive organizational buy-in.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complexity and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • You hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
