- Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency.
- Drive data-backed decision-making-investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo's position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity.
- Engage with partners proactively-call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.
- Experience in sales or account management-you're comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
- Strong analytical skills-you're comfortable with numbers, can spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
