You take ownership of your work and see how it connects to the broader business.About the Role:As part of the Finance team at Keepit, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Your work will help guide informed decisions across departments, improve visibility into performance, and support Keepit’s continued growth.Your responsibilities will be:

Lead and execute the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Support the annual external audit, acting as one point of contact for auditors.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP as applicable).
Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives.
Participate in ad hoc financial projects and provide analytical support to management.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in audit (Big 4 or other reputable public accounting firm) or in a similar accounting role in industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with month-end close and annual audit processes.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop towards a Controller or Finance Manager role.
