We pride ourselves on maintaining a nimble, agile, and entrepreneurial culture, and we are committed to growing our business by hiring top talent.ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Platform Migration Business Analyst to oversee the transition of users from legacy data analytics platform to a new, modern data platform. This role requires a strong project and change management experience, particularly within financial services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics platforms, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex migrations with minimal disruption.Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end migration of users from the old platform to the new data platform.
Develop and execute a comprehensive user migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Governance, Risk, and Business Units to ensure a seamless transition.
Minimize service disruption through effective planning, communication, and risk mitigation.
Document and maintain risk logs, issue trackers, and progress reports throughout the migration lifecycle.
Support the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) in alignment with the new platform.
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
Manage and mentor team members involved in the migration process.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in leading data platform or application migrations, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of data analytics platforms and data governance principles.
Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including risk and issue tracking.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing teams or individuals through change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
