PL25/SZCZECIN/OG/CHIEFACCOUNTANTProject information:

Salary: 20000 - 23000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements in accordance with the Polish regulationsCompile transfer pricing documentationPrepare real estate tax declarationsManage the month-end and year-end closing processCalculate CIT statementsPrepare GUS and NBP reportsSupervise fixed assets records and processesMonitor financial liquidity and prepare cash flow forecastsCooperate with control institutions, tax authorities, external and internal auditors and other relevant entitiesOversee document circulation, the payment process and coordinate debt collection activitiesIdentify and implement process optimizations within the accounting departmentManage and develop the accounting teamEnsure accounting systems are updated in line with regulatory changesCollaborate closely with other departments to support business operationsRequirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing/production industry

Experience in an international company and in end-to-end accounting processesStrong knowledge of Polish tax and accounting regulationsExcellent English communication skillsVery good MS Office skills, especially Excel * Strong attention to detail, reliability and effective time management skillsExperience with AX Dynamics is an advantageWe offer:
