- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in GL or a similar finance role is essential for a specialist position and "nice to have" for junior position.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data processing.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
