Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the VIE Industrial Costing Engineer based at our offices in Warsaw (Nadarzyn) we're looking for?Your future roleBased on elements coming from different stakeholders, performs the costing of a new product and/or process solution on the industrial scope. We'll look to you for:

Performing industrial costing for fixed industrialization, variable production, quality inspection, and supply chain costs
Define and maintain the workload plan of the Industrial department, based on S&OP demand plan.
Update industrial costs of the Ref Lib.
Perform specific analysis such as Time Spent vs Method Time and or other business cases, on demand

Industrial costing have to be performed in the following situation:

Development of a new product.
Development of a new process or manufacturing technology
During tender phase of a project. In this case, PIO, Make or Buy assumptions have to be defined and validated.
Before decision of a Make or Buy change
In case of a transfer of activities
In case of a major product or process change being decided.

Master's degree in Engineering or a similar field with a strong understanding of industrial processes
Experience or understanding of costing in an industrial environment, preferably international
Knowledge of railway products or an interest in the railway industry
Familiarity with MS Office tools and data analysis
A good level of English (mandatory); French would be an asset
Strong communication, diplomacy, and organizational skills
A customer- and service-oriented mindset with a collaborative team spirit
Autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments
