We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented ServiceNow Senior Specialist to support our digital transformation journey by developing and enhancing platform capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a complex FMCG environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting where expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key to success, this role is for you.“As a Senior Specialist, you will translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and support key modules across the platform”. says Dorte Brit Lau Malling, Senior IT Manager.How You Will Make an ImpactAs a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Arla's digital landscape, securing stability, high quality support and future optimization. You will join a team based in Denmark and Poland with Stakeholders around the world.Your key responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading the platform twice a year, providing 2nd level support via the IT Service Desk, and resolving complex incidents. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll offer expert guidance to the business while collaborating with internal and external specialists. You'll also support your team by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.Additional specialisation specific tasks for ServiceNow:

Collaborate closely with the Agile Release Train by participating in PI Plannings and Agile ceremonies, and contribute to business roadmaps by keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming releases and new features.
Mentor colleagues on technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform and support training and tool enablement in collaboration with specialists.
Build strong relationships with both customers and vendors to understand their needs and ensure solutions are aligned accordingly.
Work in close partnership with other departments to promote alignment, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices for solution maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement in architecture and support process optimization within the area.

What Will Make You SuccessfulSuccess in this role requires strong technical knowledge within ServiceNow and the ability to manage complex flows in a global setting. Your ability to foster collaboration, deliver on time , and drive continuous improvement will be key.We are looking for someone who has:

5+ years of experience working with and developing the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and familiarity with Agile ways of working (SAFe)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum requirement)
Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of business processes
Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a global environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a broad overview
Strong communicator with a focus on building positive relationships
Persistent, diplomatic, and comfortable challenging the status quo when needed
