Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is embarking on a significant digital transformation initiative with the ALIGN program, which involves redesigning its business processes and implementing them on a greenfield SAP S/4HANA platform. This project aims to centralize and harmonize business processes across the E&C organization. The implementation of SAP S/4HANA is a core component of this transformation.Therefore we are looking for:
Global SAP SCM Architect
Location: Kraków, PolandAs a Global SAP SCM Architect, you will be at the forefront of this exciting transition. We are seeking a seasoned SAP professional with significant experience in Supply Chain Management business processes and integration with Engineering tools (e.g. Aveva, SmartPlant), ready to leverage your expertise in the latest SAP technology. Your mission will be to implement and support SAP solutions (MM, WM, LE, PP) within the context of our greenfield S/4HANA implementation, ensuring our "Core Solution" promotes business process harmonization across E&C.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the functional and technical solution implementation, ensuring alignment with our S/4HANA template and best practices.Playing a significant role in defining the technical/functional solution roadmap for our S/4HANA environment.Hands-on configuration of various functions within MM/WM, PP, LE, ideally within an S/4HANA context.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new processes and configurations to meet evolving business needs on the new platform.Contributing to the development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and prototypes for innovative S/4HANA solutions.We are extending competencies and capabilities to provide end-to-end solution support for our S/4 Core Solution applications on this modern platform.If you have 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in MM/WM/PP/LE modules, ideally with S/4HANA, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into system specifications, we want to hear from you.Join us in Krakow and be a key contributor to a major digital transformation project that will redefine how Air Liquide Engineering & Construction operates globally!Reporting line & localisation:The Global SAP SCM & ENG Architect reports to the Global E&C Director SAP Competence Center.This role is located in Krakow - Poland and may require business trips to various centers of Air Liquide Group.Are you a MATCH?Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering/Procurement, or equivalent work experience6 - 8 years experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications2-3 full life-cycle SAP implementations5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in MM/WM/PP/LE modules (ideally in S/4)Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules FI & PSExperience supporting the integration between SAP and 3rd party auxiliary applications is desirableProven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirementsDemonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production supportGood knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tablesProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to various stakeholdersAbility to engage with customers and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis session, design documentation and modelingWillingness and ability to travel as required (10-20%)Experience with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plusLanguage skills: Fluent English oral & written, (equal C1)We offer:employment contract or B2Binteresting, challenging role in an international companywork in a multi-cultural teamtraining and opportunities to develophybrid working schemeattractive compensation and benefits packageOur Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
