Main Responsibilities:

Oversee a team responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience based on Windows 10/11.
Developing and implementing strategies and approaches to improve PC performance and optimize end user experience
Providing guidance and support for a team if needed
Developing and maintaining delivery plans, reporting statuses
Monitoring a team performance as well providing feedback to team members to optimize performance
Ensuring that the team follows established policies, procedures and best practices
Identifying and addressing risks and issues having influence a project delivery
Communicating project status and technical updates for business stakeholders including senior management

An ideal candidate profile:

Higher level of education in the field of Computer Science or the other technical fields
At least 5 years of experience in the technical management roles and ability to oversee the technical team
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems and related technologies/tools
Having very good communicative skills and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in timely manner
Fluency in English - international environment
