- Partner with the Global Capabilities and Medical Affairs Value Delivery Finance teams to deliver financial planning and analysis support across all global planning cycles and month-end close activities.
- Lead the development and maintenance of monthly global reporting packages, delivering comprehensive financial analysis and insightful commentary for senior stakeholders
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, collaborating with regional and functional teams to explain variances and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize financial systems to build and maintain global allocation models, planning templates, and reporting tools that support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence to manage FTE planning and reporting.
- Experience in finance or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise with ERP systems and planning tools (SAP/BPC; Anaplan is an advantage).
- Solid financial planning and analysis skills, with a technical understanding of accounting and compliance.
- Proficient in Excel and experience in process improvement and project management (AGILE) is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Finance degree or equivalent experience.
- University degree or relevant technical education or work experience
