In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust supplier base, driving cost optimization, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. If you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and have a strong background in procurement - we want to hear from you.Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement commodity strategies aligned with company goals
Build and manage a global supplier panel in line with automotive standards
Lead cross-functional projects with departments such as Quality, Legal, Finance, and Development
Analyze supplier capabilities, conduct audits, and build supplier roadmaps
Create cost models and drive productivity initiatives
Negotiate and manage framework agreements with strategic suppliers
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and purchasing policies
Handle RFQs, supplier capacity planning, and performance monitoring
Support project buyers during negotiations and manage supplier-related crises

Our requirements:

Proven experience in commodity or strategic purchasing, preferably in the automotive sector
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Experience in supplier development and contract management
Knowledge of procurement processes and cost modeling
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in a global environment
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949) is a plus
