Conduct in-depth analysis of business financial requirements to architect, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to meet organizational objectives.
Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders from finance, controlling, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
Design end-to-end SAP FICO system configurations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Banking modules, focusing on optimal integration and process efficiency.
Manage implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, incorporating localization nuances relevant to different regulatory environments.
Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance SAP financial processes and address system-related issues proactively.
Execute configuration changes, system updates, and support business change requests, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including end-user manuals, process flows, and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior consultants and assist in capacity building within the service line, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

This role demands strong expertise in SAP FICO with proven experience in integration across multiple SAP modules and business processes. Experience working with cloud-based SAP offerings and an understanding of emerging technologies in the financial domain will be highly advantageous.͏We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
