AI ConsultantLocation: remoteYour tasks:Analyzing AI tools and workflows used by the clientIdentifying areas for optimization and automation in the software development processRecommending and implementing AI solutions to support developers (e.g., code generation, code review, test automation)Conducting audits of AI tools in terms of efficiency, security, and compliance with organizational policiesImproving testing and quality assurance processes using AICollaborating with IT, security, and operations teams to integrate proposed solutionsMonitoring AI/ML trends and proposing innovative technological solutionsConducting workshops for client teams on AI toolsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI/ML tools in IT environmentsGood understanding of development processes (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing)Ability to perform analyses, technology audits, and prepare recommendationsPractical knowledge of IT security in the context of AI implementationsStrong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical clientsKnowledge of modern AI tools supporting software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer) is a strong advantageWe offer:Long-term cooperationBenefits package – Multisport card, medical care & life insuranceTraining budgetAssistance in accounting issues when setting up/running a businessFree English lessonsIndividual support from a dedicated company supervisor
