About Our Client:Choreograph, an affiliate of GroupM, is a global data, products, and technology company. We are over 1200 strong in multiple markets around the world. We offer a modular product suite, empowering marketers to drive sustainable, data-enabled growth.A 40+ people Choreograph’s global research and development teams is located in Warsaw. We are developing tools and solutions for all GroupM agencies to help with marketing insights and media planning. We are cooperating with our colleagues in the UK, US, EU, Australia, China, and India on a daily basis.We Are Looking For:a Data Scientist for Choreograph's Product Development team. This role spans across various methodologies and data types within media, requiring proficiency in handling diverse and often unstructured data sources. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, product designers, and data scientists to design solutions revolving around multiple statistical analysis techniques.You'll be central to a scrum-focused team, utilizing agency, client, and third-party. Your role will involve both solitary work and collaboration with data scientists and media practitioners.The ideal candidate is data-centric, versatile, resilient to rapid change, and displays strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities may include liaison with internal stakeholders, rapid prototyping and iteration of experimental projects, as well as ensuring alignment with business and product-centered objectives. It is likely that this role would require you to collaborate with data scientists outside of the Warsaw team, perform data analysis and visualization, as well as effective communication of insights and recommendations using storytelling techniques.RequirementsMusts
  • Design and Build Machine learning models in Python/Pyspark/Databricks/R for the user stories along with Satalia.
  • Provide Architectural guidance on model design.
  • Experience of working Git
  • At least 2-3 year’s experience in Adtech/Martech/Media industry.
  • 3-4 years experience in Azure/GCP/Snowflake
  • 3-4 years ML experience in Python/R/Pyspark/Databricks/AzureML/GoogleML.
  • Production grade cloud systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • A problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively and translate numbers into a story
  • Strong verbal and written Polish and English skills
Nice to Haves
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity of SQL
  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data
  • Familiarity of generative AI solutions
  • Experience in the (digital) media industry
  • Experience of working with software development teams, ideally using agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or data science
