For our Client, we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a 100% remote position.In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT and technical talent across multiple regions. You will play a key part in shaping global hiring strategies and contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international organization.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on a global scale.Responsibilities:

manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage,
partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies,
source and engage with top IT talent globally using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals),
screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet both technical and cultural fit requirements,
drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process,
collaborate with international teams to align recruitment efforts with global business objectives.

Requirements:

experience in IT/technical recruitment - minimum required experience 2 years,
strong track record in end-to-end recruitment processes,
global recruitment experience is a significant advantage,
fluent English (C1 level) - both written and spoken,
ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
