Everyone counts in MOL Group.Responsibilities of the person holding this position will include:- managing the lubricants business in Poland within the relevant field.- continuously developing the direct and indirect business channels- conduct negotiations with external partners, cooperate in the solution of problems arising with the customers, conclude sales contracts, supervise and check the performance and fulfilment of contracts, monitor outstanding liabilities- providing proposals for the product rationalisations, for the developments of new products and services, give basic level advice on the applicability of products to users- analyzing competitors, process and maintain the information gathered about them, reporting to headquarterQualificationsA successful candidate will have:- a university degree (commercial, mechanical or chemical engineering)- minimum 3-5 years of experience on sales position in the lubricants business particularly management of direct and indirect sales channels- sales and result oriented mindset with strong customer focus- good analytical and problem solving skills- solid understanding of Polish lubricants market, especially Industrial segment- strong organization and communication skills within a matrix organization- positive, collaborative and proactive personality- good command of English- advanced: Word, Excel, Power Point- conceptual and analytical thinking- negotiations skills- driving license cat.
