In our activities, we focus on modern and ecological technologies, thanks to which we are a pioneer of these solutions in Poland, while contributing to ensuring a clean and low-emission future in the automotive industry. We design and produce electric drive motors for passenger cars. We also deal with other drive systems that help reduce fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions - including the creation of innovative electric turbochargers.We are one of the few factories in Poland that produce electric motors and focus on a large product variety. We also have a modern R&D center where we improve our products.We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for electric motor in the Thermal motors module team in the R&D Center in Czechowice. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the deliverables of all or parts of the design, integration, validation of the DC electrical motor and ensure the success of the project.YOUR CHALLENGESPerform activities in compliance with Engineering discipline Development PlanReview Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, SpecificationsIn charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targetsSupport technical architecture and standards assignmentsFollow Standardization rulesSupport design reviews, internal and with suppliersThe scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product.Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validationPerform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studiesPerform or support Engineering disciplines testsManagement follow-upReports the progress of his tasksEscalate risksLET'S TALK ABOUT YOUUniversity degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineeringMin. 3 years of experience in mechanical designExperience with CATIA or similar SW (SolidWorks or other CAD)Communicative level of English to communicate with international teamsExperience in automotive or aviation industryTeam-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skillsReadiness to travel few times per year (mainly in Europe)WE OFFEREmployment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational high tech automotive supplier;Attractive working conditions and benefits: possibility to work remotely, participation in internal and external training, subsidies for MyBenefit cafeteria (including Medicover Sport card), additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Program (PPE) and other social benefits.Job: R&D EngineerOrganization: PlatformSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2025-08-20Join Us !
