- Higher education - BA / MA
- Min. 5 years of work experience as a Manager / Production Manager, preferred in the automotive industry
- Nice to have experience in PCBA production in SMT technology
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of production management methods based on Lean Management, SAP preferred
- Ability to manage a large team
- Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities
- Goal-oriented and able to analyze data and problems
- Driving license. B
