
Recruitment Account Manager (junior)

- Maintain regular communication with assigned clients and collect feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage reschedules, and send confirmations.
- Prepare hiring progress reports and participate in delivery sync meetings.
- Monitor pipelines via ATS (Spark Recruiter) and Notion; report issues to the Team Lead.
- Support occasional operational needs (e.g., assisting with office setup in Poland).
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles (using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate candidate presentation, feedback collection, and hiring processes.
- Maintain updated candidate records and ensure recruitment metrics are met.
- 1+ years in technical recruitment, staffing, or client delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of IT/technical roles and the recruitment lifecycle.
- Native Ukrainian
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Experience working in staffing or outstaffing companies.
- Experience supporting international clients across different time zones.
- Basic reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
