We are looking for a seasoned Client Relations Account Manager II to lead the requirements gathering, planning, and execution of Business Unit Readiness and User Acceptance Testing within large-scale, complex projects and programs. This role is pivotal in managing multiple workstreams, ensuring rigorous project oversight, and driving successful outcomes across our operational landscape.About us:The Operations Readiness Team plays a key role in facilitating smooth and efficient transitions within Transfer Agency business operations during periods of change or implementation. Through structured planning and close collaboration, the team helps minimize disruption and ensures the successful adoption of business changes—whether they involve process improvements, new product rollouts, or system enhancements—across the organization.What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients
- Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts
- Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions
- Lead Operational Readiness Assessment & Planning to identify gaps (process, procedures, workflows, trainings, employee readiness), develop and manage comprehensive readiness plan to get business unit ready for transition.
- Lead and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of BUR progress.
- Plan Model Office Testing & Post Implementation Support: validate that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date; oversee smooth transition to BAU after the go-live.
- Mentor and guide team members, cultivating high-performance project management culture.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects or programs with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Previous experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
