We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive impactful solutions. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results while mentoring and guiding other analysts within the organization.ResponsibilitiesElicit requirements using various techniquesDefine business goals, needs, and objectivesConduct data analysis to ensure features align with goals and deliver optimal solution valueTranslate business needs into functional, non-functional, and transition requirementsCreate epics, use cases, and user stories, including acceptance criteriaCollaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, development, and QA teams to meet project objectivesPlan and define the business analysis approach on projectsAct as Scrum Master when requiredConduct technical interviews for business analystsMentor and coach less experienced business analystsLead requirement workshops and meetings with customersSupport solution testing/UAT and manage scope creep risksRequirementsAt least 4 years of relevant BA experienceOpenness to working in a hybrid mode at one of our officesProficiency in creating various types of requirements across projectsBackground in finance, life sciences, healthcare, or oil & gas domainsCapability to guide and facilitate effective elicitation activitiesBasic proficiency and experience using AI toolsUnderstanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban or classic approaches such as WaterfallExpertise in creating/adapting templates for projectsShowcase of diagram creation skills, e.g., with UML/BPMNFlexibility to influence and propose suitable software development processesShowcase of skills in managing and mitigating scope creep risksFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and ability to participate in designing activitiesCapability to coach and mentor business analysts or teammatesProficiency in self-management, taking responsibility for entire projects or subsystemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEnglish at C1 level, ability to confidently communicate, write, and document requirementsNice to haveEducational background in engineering or computer scienceFamiliarity with AI-powered solutions and product developmentSkills in facilitating estimation processes during project stages like RFPsExperience working with SQLCertifications in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Owner rolesFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or VisioWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
