- Channels: voice, chat, e-mail
- Salary: 7500 PLN gross/month
- Type of employment: full time, labor contract
- Operating hours: Mo - Sunday: 7 - 22.00

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Customer Service role, ideally within the Private Banking industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
